Tackling burnout head on

I've spoken at length before about my past experience of burnout and how it totally derailed and debilitated me. It's one of those things that can slowly creep up and being aware of those early signs is something I am now acutely aware of.

Last week was one of those weeks. I had had an amazing week - I'd spoken at a large conference in front of 100 people, had brilliant calls with my coaching clients and seen some huge results for them. I was also getting into a new really exciting project which I am loving.

However come Friday I was feeling those all too familiar jitters. I was tired yet wired and knew something was out of balance.

For me I know the signs, and I know how to quickly course correct. A weekend of downtime, a refocus on my values and goals, time in nature, some exercise last night and asking a trusted friend to hold me to account - I feel like myself again today.

However it has taken me years to get to this point of self awareness and knowing what to do to get back on track.

Don't be afraid to ask for help if you are feeling burnt out, or on the path to losing yourself.

I work closely with only a few clients at a time because transformation requires commitment, attention and care.

If you feel pulled to work with me, it's not a coincidence. Listen to that inner voice and take the first step.

Availability is limited so contact me today to discuss if 1:1 coaching might be a good fit for you.
