Hi, I’m Emily and I love helping solo entrepreneurs and small business owners to create fulfilling careers and businesses aligned with their passions and goals.

However, I know this isn’t always a linear journey. My own time in business has taken many twists and turns over the 20 years I’ve worked as a consultant, and grown my own business. I’ve experienced both the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, from successfully achieving big goals to burnout and back again.

Through my own personal lived experience, as well as helping hundreds of small business owners over the years, I’ve crafted out my true passion. My specialty is supporting solo entrepreneurs and small business owners who know they’re destined for more but struggle with the reality of getting there. 

Why work with me?

I’ve lived the ups and downs of entrepreneurship firsthand, from starting up a small business from scratch, growing a team to a crashing burnout and back again. I dish up plenty of authentic empathy along with practical business strategy.

In addition to coaching, I offer hands-on consultancy services drawing from my people consultancy background. This can include implementing systems, improving team culture as you scale, people structure, and optimised productivity. 

As well as many years of real life experience, I’m certified in methodologies ranging from traditional business and performance coaching, to NLP and CIPD. Ongoing development ensures I can handle diverse entrepreneurial growing pains with care and competence.
