Fizz & Feminism: International Women’s Day

On Friday 8 March, International Women’s Day, I’ll be one of 8 speakers taking part in a very special edition of Chichester Festival Theatre’s Fizz & Feminism series. I’ll be talking about one of my favourite topics and something that comes up often in my private coaching with Founders: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome & Burnout. You can catch my talk at 12:30pm

What can you expect on the day?

A full day of talks and interactive spaces in the Festival Theatre Foyer. We'll be joined by local business people who will share their insights in celebration of International Women's Day.

You'll get a free glass of fizz on arrival and the Café on the Park will be open all day. Entry is free and open to all (click the bottom below to book directly with CFT).

From health and heritage, to finance and fashion, scroll down for the full exciting schedule...

How do I get involved with the Clothes Swap?

We're turning the foyer into a second-hand clothing swap shop from 11am - 3pm on International Women's Day, so have a search through your wardrobe and bring along those items that you don’t get a chance to wear any more, and pick up something new to you in the same moment!

  • A member of the CFT team will help by hanging your items on the rails, and you can browse the items already available

  • When you’ve chosen the items you’d like to take away with you just let us know and they’re yours!

  • There is no limit to the number items you can bring, but please ensure that any clothes you are bringing to swap are clean and in good condition

  • We reserve the right to say no to unsuitable items that we’ll ask you to take away yourself (No visible holes or missing buttons please)

  • Please do not bring underwear, swimwear or hosiery

To make sure our rails are brilliantly stocked all day, we're also encouraging clothing drop-offs beforehand. You can leave your unwanted clothes at Stage Door for the attention of Sophie Hobson.

Plus, make sure you join stylist Vicky Booker at 12pm to find out how to style up your new-to-you outfits!
